Stuck Toilet Handle

With the hook back on the arm, check the slack in the chain. You want to make sure that the flapper goes all the way up so you can almost see the bottom of it. Once you are happy with the amount of tightness in the chain, turn the water back on (if you turned it off). Let the tank fill back up and test your work. If the handle is still sticking take more slack out of the chain.
