Dishwasher Drain Connections

Hooking up a dishwasher drain is easy but there are a few things to consider before you do it. Take a look at the different methods of connecting a dishwasher drain so you will know your options when installing a garbage disposer or a new dishwasher. If you have an existing one it is usually easier to hook it up the way your old dishwasher drain was hooked up. If you are removing a dishwasher from the mix then you will need to install a special drain fitting to give the dishwasher a place to drain.
