Toilet

You just flushed the toilet and the water level in the bowl is getting higher, higher ... and higher. It looks like it's going to overflow. What do you do?

A. Run (hopefully it's not your house and you can blame it on someone else).

B. Watch in horror as the water creeps over the sides of the toilet and floods the bathroom.

C. Pull the tank lid off the back of the toilet, reach your hand into the tank and push down the flapper. Then calmly shut the water off to the toilet and pat yourself on the back.

If your answer was C, congratulations on your plumbing knowledge and quick thinking .

If you answered A or B be sure to check out the related links below which will give you the know how to help you solve this plumbing emergency in the future.
