Neighbors of Bob Dylan have raised complaints about a portable toilet on the folksingers Malibu property. They claim that foul odors from the chemical toilet are “Blowin’ in the Wind” and into their homes. Dylan has failed to respond to their request to remove the facilities, which are used by security guards.
One neighbor has installed five industrial sized fans to thwart the “Idiot Winds”, but to no prevail. They say that the upper floors of their home are unlivable on warm days, according to the Los Angles Times.
